RESERVATION POLICIES:

LATE POLICY:  It is very important that the client be on time for their appointment.  If a client is late and there is an appointment scheduled immediately after, the client will need to reschedule to avoid scheduling conflicts. If a 24 hour notice is not provided for cancellation, you will be subject to a $89 cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:  Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund being issued or stored session being replenished. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time and no shows will result in the full charge with no refund or the usage of a stored session, except for in extraordinary circumstances.

 

CHECK-IN:

Check 15 minutes before appointment time is required for new floaters.  We will go over Client information, Wavier, and there will be a short introduction to floating and the float pod.  IF you are late or arrive at appointment time, your session may be cut short.  To ensure your full float session time, arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time. 

 

FACILITIES & SAFETY AGREEMENT:

While every effort is made to protect the health and safety of guests using the facilities, it is expressly agreed upon that the use of these facilities undertaken by clients are at their own risk, and that Hawaii Float, LLC shall not be liable for any claims, damages, actions (or cause of actions) within the float spa.  You also understand that if earplugs (which are provided by Hawaii Float) are not worn, you will not hold Hawaii Float liable for any ear infections or complications. 

 

REQUIREMENTS & CONTRA-INDICATIONS:    

·       Clients are REQUIRED to shower prior to entering the pod.

·       No freshly dyed hair for 3 weeks.

·       No henna or tattoo allowed in the pod for 4 weeks.

·       If you suffer from any infectious skin or foot disorder you may not be allowed to use the pod.

·       Avoid caffeine 2 hours prior to your float, but be sure to eat a little something.

·       You must NOT be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

·       Women on their menstrual cycle will not be allowed to float and will need to reschedule.  The usage of a tampon is allowed, however.

·       If a client contaminates the pod IN ANYWAY, they will be required to pay the minimum cost of $2500 to clean up and refill the pod.

 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

You will need to consult with your doctor, prior to making an appointment, if you have any of the conditions below.

  • Heart trouble
  • Chest Pain
  • Epilepsy
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Anxiety Disorder
  • Diabetic
  • Requiring assistance due to limited mobility, bone or joint problems
  • Major surgery in the last 6 months
  • Cancer Treatment in the last 5 years                                                                      

 

DISCLAIMER:

People with the following conditions are prohibited from floating:  infectious diseases, suicidal tendencies & open skin wounds.  Under no circumstances will anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs be allowed to float. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

A minimum $2500 fine will be assessed if a person Urinates, Ejaculates, Throws Up, has a menstrual period, bowel movement, has hair dye color still washing out within 3 weeks, henna and tattoos within 4 weeks, or excessive oils, products or soot pulled out from dreads and off the body.  The fine will be $2,500-$3500 for cleaning and sterilizing the pod, as well as all the cancellations from other bookings during that down time that float pod will be out of service.

This will be strictly enforced. 

 

CLIENTS WITH DISABILITY:  

Hawaii Float, LLC does not assume any responsibility for any clients with a disability, such as seizures, sensitive skin or any other disabilities that might happen while in the float. Client assumes all risk of harm or injury which may occur to the participant as a result of participating in the above-named event or activity. You hereby release Hawaii Float, LLC and its officers, employees, or agents from any liability, costs and damages resulting this individual’s participation. 

**People with physical disabilities need to bring their own assistance. Please consult with the front desk staff prior to making or continuing with an appointment.**

 

IF THE PARTICIPANT IS A MINOR:  

A parent and/or guardian may agree that the minor has their consent participate in floating, and the events and activities surrounding floating.  Parent and/or Guardian must also give their consent for the business or organization to seek emergency treatment for the minor if necessary, and agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment.
